Q: heyy, this is my first time ordering from kpopmart. and i am SO surprised by how cheap all the things are. the shipping was expensive, but it's so worth it. i'm from canada, and i'm just wondering: how long does it take for you to ship here with small package? and also, is the status on our account all the info we can get for tracking the package? thanks ;)

1. Regarding shipping cost, if you do not choose unfolded poster option, then shipping fee of normal albums won’t be that kind of crazy. Shipping charge basically decided by weight of items and the more of items you buy then the lesser you pay for it. 2. It normally takes 2~3 weeks to US & CANADA by basic international air mail (small packet) but most of our customers receive the package within 10 days or so. This service does not provide tracking service. You are advised to select EMS to track your package. Registered mail service is only partially traced.
